Getting access, and getting help
There is no self-service signup. Everything on this page routes to a person, and the contact address is set by the repository owner.
[SUPPORT CONTACT — to be provided by the repository owner]
Request access
4keys is invite-only. Sign-in is handled by Cloudflare Access, so an account has to be added there before /studio/ opens for you.
Use the Request access form to ask for an invitation. It takes an email address and which work you want to bring into the studio, and nothing else. An operator reads the queue by hand, the service sends no mail, and there is no page that reports a request's state.
The contact below stays the fallback: if the form will not take your request, write to it instead.
Report a problem
Include the project title, the slug if the story is published, and roughly when the problem happened. That is enough to locate the operational record.
Do not send directions, model output, or anything else you would not want copied into a mailbox — the operational records kept by the service deliberately exclude that content.
Report published content
A published story is reachable by anyone holding its link. If a published story should not be public, write to the contact above with the slug and a reason. There is no in-product reporting form today; the contact is the only channel.
